Description
This patient underwent tissue expander to implant Reconstruction with the surgeries spaced out 4.5 months. Her mastectomies were nipple sparing so the patient did not need to undergo NAC reconstruction. The photos here are before reconstruction, after the placement of her tissue expander and then finally, after her implants were placed.
